The above mentioned prices are per person per day, at least for 3 nights.

The price include: Private beach with 1 umbrella and 2 sun-beds each room, heated swimming-pool with whirlpool, private and closed car park, rich buffet-breakfast, choice of menu and salad-buffet, gymnasium, free hire of bikes, ping-pong, air conditioning, childrens playroom, internet-point, free Wireless Internet connection in the hall and all taxes.

Prices can be change for shortstay, under 3 nights halfboard is not bookable.

The bedroom should be vacated at 10 o'clock the day of departure, earliest check-in is 02 p.m. Apon request you can keep the room until 03.00 p.m. for 50 € per room.

To garantee a reservation we require an international credit card number and expiry date or bank transfer.

The dress code is formal at dinner!

CANCELLATION POLICY: In case of late arrival or early departure we calculate the full booked price. In case of cancellation we calculate the following fares.

- until 1 week before the arrival : free of charge

- from 7 until 3 nights before the arrival: 3 nighs BB

- from 3 days before the arrival : 100%

- no show : 100%
